2024 Junior Captain

I’m 15 years old and a pupil at Ysgol Aberconwy. I’m a very keen sportsman and I enjoy playing football and going to the gym, I also enjoy golf and I’m very proud to be Junior Captain of Maesdu for 2024. I’ve played golf since I was about 5 years old and I have been a member of the Golf 6’s team for the past few years and currently I part of the Winter league team.

My handicap is improving each year and I’m currently playing off 30. It is my goal to keep practicing, working hard to lower my handicap even further.

I have been a member of Maesdu for about 8 years, I’ve won many things over the years, but last season was my best season to date by winning the Joss Johnston trophy, Amy Boulden trophy, Brian William trophy, Xmas Bowl and the Junior Order of Merit.

I’ve made many friends over the years through golf and look forward to my year as junior captain and representing Maesdu golf club as captain throughout 2024.
